Section 1
General Provisions and Definitions

In this document, "l4444", "we", and "our" refer to the l4444 platform and its operating entity. "User", "you", and "your" refer to the person who has created an account on this platform or is using the service. "Platform" refers to l4444's website, mobile application, and all related digital channels.

These terms apply to users residing in Bangladesh and accessing the service from Bangladesh. l4444's services are for adults only — that is, only persons aged 21 or above may create an account and use this platform.

Section 2
Account Registration and Eligibility

2.1 Registration Requirements

To open an account at l4444, all information provided at registration must be accurate, complete, and your own. If you register with false information, your account may be closed at any time and any funds in the account may be forfeited.

• Only one account per person is permitted. If a single person holds multiple accounts, all accounts may be closed.
• Mobile number or email verification (OTP) is mandatory at the time of account registration.
• For identity verification, users may be asked to submit a copy of their National ID card or passport.
• Operating an account on behalf of or in the name of a third party is prohibited.

2.2 Login Credential Security

It is your responsibility to keep your username and password completely confidential. Allowing anyone else to access your account or sharing your login details is strictly prohibited. If you notice any unauthorised activity on your account, notify the l4444 support team immediately.

Section 3
Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

l4444 uses Bangladesh's popular mobile banking services for deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. The minimum deposit across all methods is ৳100 and the minimum withdrawal is ৳1,000.

Withdrawals are generally processed within 1 hour. However, delays may occur in some cases due to security checks or other reasons. Withdrawals will only be sent to the same account from which the deposit was made — withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted.

• The correct mobile number and transaction ID must be provided at the time of deposit.
• If a fraudulent transaction is suspected, the account may be temporarily suspended.
• Account identity verification must be completed before making a withdrawal.

Section 4
Bonus and Promotional Offers

l4444's welcome bonus is a 200% bonus on the first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. Before withdrawing bonus funds, a wagering requirement of 20 times the bonus amount must be met.

For example: if you deposit ৳1,000, you will receive a ৳2,000 bonus and your total balance will be ৳3,000. To withdraw the bonus, you must complete ৳2,000 × 20 = ৳40,000 in wagering.

• The bonus is applicable only once and to one account only.
• Bonus funds may only be used to place bets on designated games.
• If you withdraw before the wagering requirement is met, the bonus may be cancelled.
• If an attempt is made to claim a bonus through fraudulent means, the account will be terminated.

Section 5
VIP Program and Cashback

l4444's VIP program has 5 levels in total: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. The weekly cashback rate differs at each level — up to 0.2% at Bronze, 0.5% at Silver, 0.7% at Gold, 1.0% at Platinum, and 1.2% at Diamond.

Weekly cashback is calculated based on the net loss of that week (total bets minus total winnings). For example: if a Gold member has a net loss of ৳20,000 in a week, they will receive ৳20,000 × 0.7% = ৳140 in cashback.

VIP level upgrades are based on a user's consistent activity and participation. l4444 holds final authority on all decisions related to cashback.

Section 6
Betting and Gaming Rules

6.1 General Betting Rules

All bets at l4444 are processed in real time. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or changed. If a game is left incomplete due to a technical error, the bet for that round will be considered void and the stake will be returned.

• A disconnection does not change the game result — the result recorded on the server is final.
• Attempting to manipulate game results, using bots, or gaining unfair advantages is strictly prohibited.
• Winnings obtained from any software error or bug are not automatically valid and may be cancelled following a technical review.

6.2 Sports Betting

For bets placed on cricket, football, and other sports, the odds set by l4444 are final. If any bet is cancelled before a match begins, the full stake will be returned. In a multi-bet, if even one bet loses, the entire bet is considered lost.

Prohibited Activities

If a user engages in any of the activities listed below, l4444 may close the account at any time, forfeit deposited funds, and take legal action if necessary:

• Creating multiple accounts to claim bonus benefits.
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal transactions.
• Playing games using automated software, bots, or scripts.
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to another user's account.
• Operating an account under a false identity.
• Attempting to interfere with or damage the platform's systems, servers, or network.

Personal Data and Privacy

Your personal data is not sold or transferred to any third party; however, information may be provided to the relevant authorities in cases of legal obligation or security investigations.

Responsible Gambling and Age Verification

l4444 takes responsible gambling very seriously. This platform is for users aged 21 or above only. Creating an account for a minor is strictly prohibited and, if proven, the account will be closed immediately.

l4444 reserves the right to make changes to these Terms and Conditions at any time. If significant changes are made, users will be notified by email or through the platform. Continuing to use the platform after any change will be considered acceptance of the new terms.

Even if any clause of these terms is declared invalid by a court, the remaining clauses will continue to apply. This agreement will be interpreted in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh, and any disputes will be settled in the appropriate courts of Bangladesh.
